"Nice bed and shower. Staff friendly"

"Close to University of Chicago. Our room had holes in the carpet, a broken window shade, and a cabinet door that wouldn't close."

"Please do not book this place, it is simply not worth it. I got held against another guest who did not pay their deposit and convinced me that she was waiting for someone outside who caused a scene and broke stuff. As result I am not getting my deposit back for something I had no control over. When cops showed up and heard both of our stories, they even said it was a definitely a scammy property. TKAE MY ADVICE PLEASE."

"Not smelly like the first time i stayed here"

"ใกล้สถานีแจ็คสัน ใจกลางเมือง ติด the loop และสถาที่ท่องเที่ยว เดินเที่ยวสบายๆ"

"It was very nice"

"Exactly like the pictures. Beautiful and friendly 💕"

"Secure parking"

"Overall, I enjoyed it because it's well maintained and the view that I had was nice to me and I loved it."

"I stayed in the Premium Apartment, and honestly, my experience was great! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider booking this hotel again for another staycation. The only thing I would say is that the cleanliness could have been a little better, especially when it comes to the dishes and linens. I recommend double-checking and re-cleaning the dishes before using them. If you notice anything wrong with the linens, just request fresh ones. They do have a washer and dryer...

"I likes the balcony on every room. The hotel overall itself could use an upgrade. But overall it worked for the two nights I was there."

"Everything was really nice. But we didn't have room service. And the sink had been clogged since the day we arrived."
