Overall, I had a good experience at HI Chicago. The staff was very courteous, welcoming, and helpful, and their friendly attitude made the stay comfortable. The location was convenient, and the facilities were generally good and well-maintained. The only area that could use some improvement is cleanliness, particularly in certain common areas. Apart from that, everything else was fine, and I would consider staying here again. With a little more attention to cleanliness, the overall experience could be even better.

The room was clean and so were the bathrooms. It’s a hostel not a hotel so the vibe is more college dorm than private. But, it’s affordable, clean and safe. There are common spaces and a kitchen available to you. People were friendly and there were many activities to join if you wanted. I would stay there again.
