"I think the biggest drawback was the time to receive a service here. One night it took 4.5 hours for the service desk to connect to house cleaning to provide fresh bedding thus delaying our ability to get a good night’s sleep. The check-in line at night could be up to two hours to get checked in for new guests. We had to find our own clean towels daily."

"Not the best experience from the get go. Was told we could not use the luggage cart by ourselves and then was badgered into tipping. Asked for a crib on check in and was told they would send one up. We never received it and then had to leave for dinner hoping it would be there when we returned. It was not and I sent my husband down to ask. My husband did not realize I asked at check in rather than “booking at the time of the reservation” the manager who was helping him was very rude to him about how that isn’t how it works and you have to ask when you check in (mind you that is exactly what I HAD done). On top of that the rooms are not maintained all that well (though I do understand it’s an old building). The bathroom door didn’t close at all and the light in the closet wouldn’t turn off. Additionally only one elevator was working, which they didn’t realize until my husband asked one of the security guards about it as the lights were not illuminated for the floors. With a jogging stroller we often had to wait a long time for a car that was empty enough for us to fit when trying to return to the lobby."

"I would not stay at this property again. The property did not match the description and photos shown online. The accommodations were not what we expected, and the overall quality did not justify the price we paid. Customer service was disappointing. Communication was slow, and it was difficult to get responses when we had questions after our stay. The security deposit process was also frustrating. We were told the deposit would be refunded shortly after checkout, but the process took much longer than expected, and communication regarding the refund was poor. This created unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and I would encourage future guests to carefully review recent feedback before booking."

"I did have to do some work on the TV to get an image to display; it looks like the box is only happy to show something if it is plugged into HDMI 1. Other than that, everything else went great. The room was very clean. Every staff member I talked to was happy to help. The complimentary breakfast was among the best I've had."
