"No big complaints. I went with my family of 8 (6 kiddos) and spent one night in Chicago to end our long roadtrip. Nice staff. We reserved two rooms and we were able to be roomed next door to each other. Nice kitchenette. Microwave, dish washer, and plates/bowls/cups available for use in room. Portable stove was also an option but we did not need that. Clean rooms. Quiet. Water pressure and temp was great, able to get really hot if desired. Beds were comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool. Free breakfast was okay. It included breakfast sandwich bar, waffle maker station, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruits, scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. All areas had badge/card key restrictions which I appreciated for safety purposes. Paid for $52 parking for the day. Parking is gated surface lot behind the hotel. One restaurant on very top floor but we weren't able to dine during our stay due to a private party. However, tons of food options in walkable distances. Overall, I would come back."
