"Great for early flights. Did my daily routine and walked a few meters to terminal. The staff were so accommodating and wonderful. They even have a luggage scale. It’s so helpful I can rearrange my things in the bags before heading to terminal. "

"Very expensive laundry, but there is coin laundry 5m walk away. Room are very small, so mostly designed just to sleep. Shower is great. Location is amazing if you go for day trips, it is inside Shin Osaka station by Shinkansen terminal."

"The room was spotless and staff were very knowledgeable. It's my first time in Japan and it was a great start thanks to the staff. They helped me navigate both on the property and beyond. I loved all the amenities and the daily services that came with my booking. I also love how close it is to Shin Osaka and the free shuttle bus.
