"Of course there is a 7 eleve n right opposite the S115 Residence hotel , as well there is the Emperial Mall plaza by the BTS Sky Line Train 1 Stops only in samrong area ,over the Hotel have excellent staff from the reception to the cleaners all are friendly , Hotel room clean 2 bottles of Free water every day , excellent stay I enjoyed it thanks 🙏 "

"Traveling with kids 19, 12 and 10 and has adjoining room, there was enough space for all of us. Breakfast was decent and tasty, option for all and is well staffed. Location as a tourist was ok, appreciated had shuttle to mall and BTS, a little removed from areas of interest, however not far from airport so was good location for last few days in Thailand. "

"Within walking distance from BTS Samrong station (900m). The reception staff was helpful when my Grab driver had trouble finding the location."

"Overall had a good stay at this place. Owner was very nice and answered all my questions patiently. Only thing I didnt find convenient was trying to locate the guesthouse. I suggest for the owner to maybe have a big sign hanging outside with english words instead of it written in thai as there will be international customers coming in. Other than that, the room was fairly good."

"The hotel itself is okay. The staff is great and very friendly. Pretty good breakfast. Butbit is located away from main streets, shops and restaurants. You'd need to use transportation to get somewhere."

"All is good but I would like to comment on the following points for improvement: 1. The shower drainage is chocked, 2. The toilet bow design is terrible, 3. There was a cockroach in the bathroom."

"Excellent location to BITEC, also within walking distance to the train station. Good basic facilities and buffet breakfast. Room was as described, had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Lovely staff. Across the road from 7/11 for supplies. "

"It is a little away from BTSskytrain station, but was in a very quiet location. Good apartment. But bedding is polyester and towels are like big cleaning cloths rather than fluffy cotton."

"Tho location is not close to Bearing BTS. It comes up wrong on maps. Very hard to find and then not in a good area. My toilet wouldn’t flush, I told management and they replied sorry but did not fix my toilet. The room had many mosquitoes in it that bit me throughout the night. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but it is what it is "

"우선,청결이 문제입니다. 고약한 악취에 화장실변기는 깨져있고, 조그마한 컨테이너를 개조한 숙박시설인데 침대에 눕기가 겁나고 이불을 걷어보니 지저분해서 누울수가 없더군요. 게다가 너무왜져있어 무섭기 까지 했습니다. 너무늦게 도착한탓에 다른곳을 갈수가없어 옷입은채로 밤을세고 다른호텔 예약하고 도망치듯 나왔습니다. 이런숙박시설로 운영한다는건 범죄행위나 마찬가지라 생각될 정도로 괴심합니다. 절대 이용하지 마세요~~~ 사진을 찍어 둘걸 하는 후회가~~ 그런생각이 나지않을 정도로 불쾌,불안,괴심~~"
