"The staff were excellent and helpful Food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonable Reception and bar areas really nice Found the room ok but bathroom tired the shower leaked so pressure was low the fan did not work Outside the room was noisy late at night and early morning "

"Breakfast was good. Room could have been a little cooler for me but was fine for my daughter(we shared the room). Staff was exceptional especially Clyde, Carlos and Stephanie. Carlos even went and got a cake with candles, knowing it was my daughter’s birthday we had come to London from Canada to celebrate and sang happy birthday to her. He gets a gold star from us. Well done."

"Good location just opposite the Olympia. Rooms were clean but staircases could have done with some vacuum cleaning. Could not get in the room until 15:15 despite it being ready on arrival at 14:00. So I had lunch first in the pub - which was nice - but apparently I should have got a 10% discount for having a room booked. The guy at reception told me this after I already paid the bill and could not retrospectively rectify this ..."
