"Enjoyable stay on the whole due to the friendly polite staff and the amenities of the hotel. Only downside was the price of food and drinks which I thought were outrageous. Breakfast 32 dollars plus taxes per person Buffet lunch 50 dollars per person Mini bar I beer 8 times more expensive than store price I tried to book including breakfast on Expedia but I found no option. All in all it was a great one time experience but I would try to find a better value hotel in future"

"Very recommended. I loved the vibe and decor . The old town is packed with many hotels . This one was charming . Clean room with everything you need as a traveller . Very good morning breakfast. Staff was very helpful with luggage and I enjoyed the list of coffees , restaurants etc they give you to help you move around . The weekend night market is closed to for those who want to shop at night. "

"Trevligt hotell i mycket centralt läge i Hanoi. Fantastisk personal. Det finns dock rum utan fönster och ett sådant hade jag råkat boka, till mitt försvar så var det inte helt tydligt att det förekommer fönsterlösa rum på sidan. Men det ordnade personalen med en uppgradering till ett större rum, med fönster helt utan kostnad. Mycket bra hanterat av personalen i receptionen!"

"Super happy after 2 nights stayed with my family (including seniors and children). Highly recommended. This is the best hotel in Hanoi's old quarter that you can checkin for cleanliness, comfy beds, spacious, short walking distance to all the attractions in the city and nearby many well-known local delicacies and coffee stores, very close to the Sword Lake (Ho Guom), very friendly and helpful staffs,... I was amazed by the great service from the hotel staffs who prepared a take-away breakfast...

"Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. We stayed here for 3 nights in February 2024. The hotel is located on a side street off of one of the main shopping streets in central Hanoi old quarter, so it is surprisingly quiet at night, yet only seconds from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was as advertised - modern, clean, very comfortable bed, decent shower. The hotel is maintained to a good standard and everything in our room worked as expected. The front desk staff were great...

"We had a great stay at the hotel. We recently spent two nights at the hotel and left wishing we could have stayed longer. The hotel and facilities were superb but the service from the staff was excellent. We did the Halong Bay 2 day 1 night on the boat and Mai chau 3 days 2 nights with them .it was an incredible experience. our tour guide was extremely helpful and you can tell that he really cares about all those on the tour. We had a great room over looking the city which I would recommend....
