We enjoyed our stay..the frontdesk staff was very helpful, very accommodating even the kitchen and service driver.
The hotel was clean and provided with toiletries.
Two thumbs up.
Amazing stay. Room is spacious enough and comfortable. Location is a plus. Right where Old Quarters is.
Have marked this hotel. Will definitely stay here again when back in Hanoi
We really enjoyed our stay at the small hotel. It is conveniently located in very busy and very touristy Old Town. But for our 4 nights it was perfect and a good base for many walking tours. The hotel staff is very helpful. Breakfast is simple but ok.
central position, my family can go around old quater very conviniently. The price acceptable, fully breakfast, clean. Friendly staff. Everything very good.
Super clean and quiet ( double glazed windows)
Friendly team
Highly recommended

An interesting hotel in the heart of Hanoi
This hotel was in a small alley just off one of the main roads in Hanoi, so it was easy to walk to most parts of the city. Hanoi is a large city so we expected a smaller room but were pleasantly surprised with the size of our rooms. There are numerous street vendors in the alley making the walk to/from the hotel an interesting olfactory experience.
Friendly, helpful and efficient staff.
A little difficult locating the hotel as it is down an alley even with the help of google map.
Could get CNA so keep abreast of news in English.
This is a quaint little hotel in a narrow alley. A typical Vietnam back alley. But the inside is nice and clean, with oh so friendly reception staff, so willing to help with food and tour suggestions. Location is good and walking distance from nice cafes and restaurants.
It’s a cute little hotel down an alley way 2 minute walk off the Main Street where all the restaurants and cafes are. At night time it is quiet and away from the noise. A car cannot get to the entrance so you will have to carry your luggage through a dirty uneven pathed road but it’s very short. Rooms were clean, bathroom could have used a deep clean. Breakfast was decent and had a different options.
I stayed here a few nights with friends and also booked an overnight trip to halong bay and transportation to and from sapa through the hotel. They were very very accommodating responding to me immediately with Whatsapp and booking the best available boat for the trip. We were very very pleased with them and highly recommend this hotel for it's comfort and service!
Also it is in a narrow alley and you have to pick up a cab 3 blocks away so you can ask the hotel to book your airport transportation and they will take care of your luggage to bring to the car!
The staff is absolutely wonderful. Each one is kinder than the next. The thing to remember about this property is it is down in alley so it’s difficult to find unless you know where you’re going. The rooms are comfortable. We had to move rooms because across the street. They were doing construction from 12 AM to 4 AM. The staff was very accommodating moved us without question and they were just so kind. Breakfast is easy you can order off a menu with lots of different variety.
Exceptional Service and Thoughtful Touches
I recently stayed at the la Beaute Boutique Hotel and had an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, Autumn and her Colleague went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I was there for my birthday, and I was truly touched when they surprised me with a beautiful cake and balloons in my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my day extra special.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, with everything.
Look forward to come again and stay with my family
Hotel convenient to everything in the Old Quarter. Especially like that it is so close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Room was quite pretty and with nice ceramic cups. The room I had, an Executive Double, is pretty small. Wi-Fi was a bit weak and I could not connect a few times. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, though I had some difficulty understanding their English.
All good. Quite basic but it has everything that you want from a hotel room. Clean, fresh and a/c....a little noisy.
The only issue was turning on the shower??? I had to call reception....dooh. The shower was very good on the end.

Good followup with the property from My Lee after booking on Expedia to promote the hotel day tour offerings to the followup after the tour. Can come across a little pushy but acceptable. Hotel is not on the main road with no car access if you have Big Luggages will need to drag them through a narrow alley and a short walk to the hotel entrance. Surrounded by buildings so not much of a view despite booking a room with window. Thin walls so getting a good rest was difficult due to the noise of returning/departing guests. Otherwise overall a comfortable stay
Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi.
We stayed here for 3 nights in February 2024.
The hotel is located on a side street off of one of the main shopping streets in central Hanoi old quarter, so it is surprisingly quiet at night, yet only seconds from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The room was as advertised - modern, clean, very comfortable bed, decent shower. The hotel is maintained to a good standard and everything in our room worked as expected.
The front desk staff were great - a young team who worked hard looking after all the guests and spoke very good English.
Breakfast was delicious - its not a large hotel, so the range of options is not as vast as at a bigger hotel, but there were 6 hot dishes to choose from, a selection on bread and pastries, fruit, smoothies, and even an al a carte menu with options for everyone that seemed to arrive only minutes after ordering.
Very happy customer and would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi!
Don’t listen to the travel weanies who didn’t like the location. The alley is clean, well lit and full of little vendors and street food. It’s utterly typical of old town Hanoi.
The hotel was completely adequate for our needs. Very well located for exploring the area and surrounded for a zillion eateries. The lake is a 5 minute walk.
Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast is just okay. They need to be more attentive to making sure the little food buffet is hot and the coffee jugs full and hot.
If you want to arrange tours - just negotiate. We got our Halong bay luxury tour for $65 after the starting price of $99. When we checked prices with tour agencies on the street $65 was standard.
Staying in the old quarter is an adventure. Embrace it. The La Beaute Boutique is just fine.

Liked: Cleanliness
The hotel is in a great location in the Old Quarter with a very short walk to the lake, shopping and restaurants.
The room itself was comfortable and tidy. There were some questionable looking stains on the curtain and when I raised this with the staff they assured me they would rectify it.
I was staying on level 6 and there must be a staff quarter or something on level 7 and there were a couple of mornings I was woken at around 5am with them being very loud.
The staff were proactive about trying to recommend tours through WhatsApp and to fairly brutal I wish they were as studious about notifying guests when the lift was broken and I was watching people having to drag their luggage down narrow flights of stairs.
Breakfast compared to other hotels I've stayed at throughout Vietnam was pretty limited but still a fair selection.
If you're looking for nothing more than a room with a bed in Hanoi, then this place is perfectly acceptable in my opinion.
