Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Property never replied and I couldn’t check into booking. Front desk said have to contact host, even though check in instructions said to contact front desk. Contacted the property 5 days leading up to arriving, no response. Messaged property before my flight, no response. Arrived to Vietnam and property never responded. Then contacted Expedia and they said they can’t offer a refund even though I never even got to check in and stay at the booking. Absolute nightmare of an experience.
