I used this hotel several times believing that is ok for the money, until i request rent a car, what a disaster! when we returned the car it was requested that we must returned car after car-wash!!!! Unbelievable request I travel all over the world and never had experience like this, of course i went different hotel, management must improve services.

The ad must indicate there is no elevator.
staff are courteous and room is clean and spacious, however, this is a 4-storey building but there is no lift(elevator) service, as such we have to carry our luggage to climb up to the top floor and imaging we have to ups and downs many times daily, needless to say it will be very tough if there is old folks. I also experienced a blackout in the middle of the night at 4 am for about 30 minutes. Hotel Management must indicate no elevator in the building.

The area is near the main road. Food stalls are everywhere. Bus stop is near. Convenient to roam around and take the bus.
Lobby is fine. Since there is no hotel elevator, you will use the stairs going to the 1st floor and up. Free breakfast options are either rice noodles or egg and bread together with a cup of coffee/chocolate :)
Hotel room is fine. Clean. Best for an overnight stay or hotel transfers.
You can take the Bus # 152 from airport, you go down at the main road and in 2 mins or less, you'll be at Hoang Ha. Taxi from the hotel to the airport will cost you 60,000 dong as to the bus #152, it'll just cost you 5,000 dong.
There is no hotel shuttle bus as promoted that would pick you and bring you to the airport. They can call a taxi for you instead.
I definitely will stay again at this hotel. Thank you for the warm welcome.
