My Premier Room was spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed, with good amenities. Housekeeping provided two bottles of water each day, which was a nice touch. All the staff were incredibly friendly and made the stay feel genuinely welcoming.

good hotel, great staff.

We had a great stay at the Equatorial. We had kids also and the staff was friendly and helpful (sadly this is not the norm at all 5-star properties in Vietnam, so it was a nice experience). The pool is great, I would recommend a room by the pool. The food was also very food (slightly pricy compared to alternatives, but comparable). I would recommend this hotel as great option for visiting HCMC.

The hotel is beautiful, so clean, staff so helpful they cant do enough for you. The food (i am vegan) is so delicious. The hotel is a short taxi ride to all the main tourist landmarks. I love this hotel, the staff are the most attentive, kind and genuinely want to make your stay lovely. PLus they have a great outdoor pool !

Nice hotel!

Good service, well maintained and comfortable hotel. The only thing I feel that the hotel should do is to upgrade the wardrobe closet which is dated. Do not mind staying again in the future.

Overall stay was very good except the checkin as it took us 60 mins may be it was one of the bad days due to evening rush suddenly came. Rooms are good, breakfast is good, room service take some time to deliver the food. Location is good and staff is helpful. Casino inside the hotel so best option to exchange money is to do inside casino.

Very nice staff. Extremely helpful and polite. The room was clean and tidy. A nice balcony overlooking the city. The washing service was too expensive so I was disappointed with that. The washing was more than my clothes were worth. I should have checked so I do except that but was not expecting those prices. The pool area is lovely. Bar good service

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet food was mediocre at best. Staff clears food immediately as breakfast ends. Few minutes late and no food for you. It’s a crime to have bad coffee in VN, capital of amazing coffee. Somehow this hotel manages to do this. Non smoking hotel but people still smoke. I had to complain twice about cigarette smell as soon as I left my room.

I booked 2 rooms for 4 person , there should be arrangement to have both next or near by each other since my great aunt is 88 yrs old and have difficulty in walking. It’s long debate during the checkin !! The front desk lady kept insisted that No available rooms that could be arranged nearby. After almost an hour finally I did get what I asked for. The experience was Horrible. I stayed in Equatorial Hotel since 2014 whenever I visit VN .ot never experienced like this. All other services are excellent. Staffs are professional and friendly most times. The bathroom towels needed to replace with newer towels , they were overused. Thanks

The place was very clean and well kept, we specifically looked for hotels where there’s a gym. Having access to the Equinox gyms — they’re big, clean, and the huge pool was such a nice bonus. Trayce and the staff were also very accommodating in communications with us throughout our time - making sure we have proper hydration, towels, and any amenities that we may have forgotten. It really made our stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable. We definitely look forward to staying at everyone at equatorial again!

Room nice, staff OK, helpful. Just no open restaurant past 9, bar/lobby lounge closed at 10. It’s a tour group hotel not fit for regular traveler. I made a mistake booking here. It’s in the middle of a residential old neighborhood as well. Nothing to walk to or see or do after 9 PM.
