I am speechless of how nice Kim was and she was very accommodating toward me. She was super and thoughtful throughout my time here. The place was super clean and seems very fancy. I stayed for about a week and got a free upgrade half way through because of a simple mistake she made. Communication is my favorite because she’s always there to reply to your questions or if you need help or anything. I would stay at Kim’s Property again if I’m ever around for next time. Thank you Kim for hosting me for a week!

I just came from Bangkok and bought too much stuff so i asked her where to buy box n tape. So she had her assistant drop off 3 boxes n shipping tape. She gave some guide what to do in my area. Area is just a 3 min walk to mall. Everything is so convenient. I had an amazing night view of the stark towers (marvel fan) Only con is the elevator is painfully slow!!

We got our first night in a 2-bedroom apartment, which was ok. From the 2nd night, we like our 1-bedroom apartment with river view from the balcony/bedroom window. The apartment was clean, neat. Washer/dryer work as described. This apartment is in "Landmark" area, which is "mostly" for foreigners. Food in this area is such higher price than other areas in the city. As a tourist, I recommend to download an app "grab" that would provide info regarding transportation, food delivery service, and dinning options. We could not access the pool, which is only for renters more than 6 month lease. The host - Kim - offered her "personal" pool access, which we denied. One negative thing was elevator to the apartment. It takes so long plus its hot like an oven while we rode it. Kim did excellent job in communicating with us.

First off--our host was fantastic! Her prompt communications and willingness to answer even dumb questions in both English and Vietnamese was really appreciated. I couldn't recommend Kim Properties highly enough for this aspect. The area is great, being in a part of Ho Chi MInh City where there are plenty of moderately and truly upscale dining options, and it is easy walking distance (although a bit warm in the sun) to hit a small area with some more local options that are really good as well (if you haven't had bun nhan, the place near Landmark 81 is very tasty). The apartment itself was spacious and clean, if moderately furnished. Toilet paper and towels were supplied, as was some washing machine powder, dish soap, and some cooking utensils. The electrical plugs were compatible with North American two and three pronged plugs as long as you had a device that could support voltage conversion. The wireless internet occasionally went out, but when it was going it was blazing fast. I think I had as high as 500mb/sec when I did a speedtest on it. A few notes: 1) the soundproofing in the ceiling wasn't great. 2) the safe never was able to work. 3) our keycard didn't work for us to get to the elevator lobby, which was a pain because they often locked those doors during the day. 4) if you're doing Grab (and do--it's the best way to get around) make sure you select the right building as Landmark is a huge complex. Highly, highly recommended!

Amazing customer service!

This unit was super clean. The fridge was stocked with free drinks and the view was amazing! Vinhomes is the place to stay! The customer service was 5-star and I was sad to leave this place when I had to check out. Oh yes, I also need a slight late check out due to a 5pm flight and it was not a problem at all. Thank you for everything! I recommend this place to anyone who is undecided about where to stay.

Vi havde et fint ophold hos Kim Properties. Lejligheden var af god standard, men emhætten virkede ikke og var ikke rengjort. Af Hotel.coms hjemmeside fremgår, at der er adgang til swimming pools. Det var der ikke under vort ophold, da adgang til poolområdet er ændret fra kort til fingeraftryk. Som gæst var det ikke muligt, at få oprettet fingeraftryk. Det må anbefales, at dette ændres, så gæster gives pool adgang. Lejlighedens placering er god, men dog ret langt fra byens pulserende centrum.

未来都市の高層ビル群にステイを希望したので、まさにうってつけでした。41階で眺望も良く、このエリアのシンボルLAND　MARK81まで徒歩5分と、利便性も最高でした。　ドリンクウオーターやジュース類も用意してあり、ウェルカムドリンクもフルーツジュースを手作りしてくれたりと、このお部屋のエージェントさんは良く出来た方でした。（日本語も流暢だったのも良かった） お部屋も、清潔、センス良く　最高でした。　強いて言うと、12棟もビルがあるので、タクシーに乗車したらすぐにオーナーに電話をして、運転手さんに代わってもらい説明を受けた方が無難です。
