An oasis on the outskirts of the city

Nice hotel located in the same building as two convenience stores. Room is spacious with a commanding view Of the city. There is a café downstairs with limited food, but some breakfast offerings.

Good to stay couple days.

Pretty large and comfortable suite. But it seems like they haven't wipe the floor for a while. And they didn't change bed linens during my three night stay. I'm aware that it is normal for hotel apartment. Just wondering when will they do if stay longer.

A nice modern western style hotel Some distance out of the downtown area, but walkable distance to the Aeon Mall. The room is big. The swimming pool is nice to staff for helpful and polite. Parking was easy and free. All city views from the upper floors Oddly, there were no amenities provided in the bathroom, such as toothbrush or qtip, etc. Huge water Dispenser on the counter And kitchen with cookware but minimal.

Appart'Hotel très bien équipé : four, frigo, congélateurs, assiettes, couverts, coffre-fort, fer à repasser etc... Il y a même un bidon d'eau minérale + une petite salle à manger séparée du lit par une porte coulissante. Il faut cohabiter dans l'immeuble avec des résidents qui y habitent à l'année. Il y a 2 entrées différentes. La salle de gym, la laverie (3 machines+3 séchoirs) en libre service (accès avec sa carte de la chambre). L'eau de la piscine est très trouble, ne donne pas envie d'y plonger. Il y a un petit bar-restaurant dans le hall d'entrée, où l'on propose des petits-déjeuners.mais trop chers et les horaires restrictifs.L'ambiance pourrait être plus chaleureuse. Une attention particulière est attendue pour les clients qui ont réservé pour fêter un anniversaire ou un mariage par exemple. Nous l'avions signalé avant notre arrivée par messagerie et rappelé lors de notre arrivée au comptoir mais le personnel n'en a pas tenu compte (l'un des managers nous a juste fait parvenir un mail avec une (petite) remise pour un prochain séjour mais pas sûr que nous y reviendrons. L'appart'hotel est situé sur une nationale avec beaucoup de passage de voitures, impossible de traverser. Dommage car c'est à 10mn de marche d'un très grand centre commercial (AEON mall) avec cinéma et restaurants. Il vous faut commander un taxi (ou Grab) pour y aller. Sinon, en bas de l'immeuble, il y a 2 petits épiceries (convenients stores) ouvertes toute la nuit.

Der Aufenthalt im Citadines ist immer sehr komfortabel und angenehm. Sehr zu empfehlen. Egal, ob es als Einzelperson, Paar und auch mit Kindern (und somit die Buchung mit 2 Zimmern in einer Einheit). Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Bon hôtel

Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble. Faites attention l’hôtel est éloigné de HMC centre, 1 H de route au minima. Le petit-déjeuner est de piètre qualité et la salle de sport également les tapis de course sont d’ancienne génération pas agréable la sensation. Mis à part ça , le personnel est à l’écoute et super sympa quelque commerce à proximité et je met un accent sur la propreté de l’hôtel impeccable !
