"We loved all of the options for swimming. There were many pools to choose from. The gym was also a great addition. Service was slow mixed-sometimes attentive, other times, I couldn’t find anyone to order food from. In general, the food was not good. My daughter became ill on the second day from it My review went from 4 stars to 3 because when I went to check out, I was charged an additional $40 for the cabana when I was told by two people it would be $100. "Not all restaurants open bartender horrible"

"Everything was amazing, from check in to checking out.. the staff are on it. They are really there to make your stay easier and enjoyable. I would definitely go back. Room service came everyday and nothing was missing. We lost a few items but thanks to the staff we were able to get everything back."

"La habitación no estaba tan limpia encontré un condon usado debajo, el personal de cocina soy muy groseros ven a turista y les dan prioridad ya que también mi dinero vale, en la camas cobran y si está bien pero creo k en la aplicación deberían de mencionarlo que tienen costo o mencionarlo al entrar todo ese tipo de detalles, nada k ver con el emporio de Acapulco el personal es grosera, pero si uno les dice algo los malos somos los que vamos, se fue la luz y no fueron para ofrecer algo frío ya...

Everything was meet the standards except for the food need to forcus on steakhouse and seafood like Moon palace if you’re decided for all inclusive and also drinks options. The property is beautiful and well maintained but it doesn’t mean they’ll be happy with your all inclusive offer that not meet our expectations due to a lot of competition out there."
