The check in process went very smooth. The gentleman at the front desk, was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He provided recommendations and scheduled our airport transfers on check out day, that was helpful. The hotel was nice and clean. My room was clea, cute and quaint with all amenties. The breakfast was the highlight of my stay! Everything was fresh and made to order, the chef did a great job. Leotus, was very plesant and accomdating. She made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, it's in the center of everything in Hanoi Old Quarter. I felt safe walking throughout the area and didn’t feel pressured to make purchases.

Fair Enough!

Customer Service is excellent and value for money! Although, breakfast needs improvement but what you paid is what you get. Their daily cleaning policy makes your room feel fresh everyday. I highly recommend this hotel especially to those who wants to be near from most of Hanoi’s landmarks.

Loved the location and room space

Very spacious rooms. Great service. Location is excellent, in the middle of the interesting busy streets of Hanoi. We really liked it here. Breakfast was just ok, though. But apart from that, very recommended.

Lovely place in the heart of the Old Quarter. 2 small waters supplied every day. Fridge,kettle and coffee. Front desk booked my transportation to my next stop. Great staff. They also do laundry

The front desk receptionist is pretty nice and professional. Also, the location is great, located in tourist spots. However, the bet sheet, the bath towels, the pillow are covered with dusts.

The front desk staff we incredibly helpful and nice. After I mentioned my allergy and that I would just have some fruit for breakfast, one front desk girl went across the street to buy some yogurt so that I would have something to eating in the morning. The staff is the main thing that made this hotel better than the others.

This hotel is right in the Old Quarter and very convenient to get around. The staff are very sweet and helpful with good English. The rooms are as we expected. Beds are firm as normal in SE Asia and rooms are comfortable. I had an issue with the shower flooding the first night and was given soiled towels to mop up the water! Not a great start. Breakfast was adequate with eggs cooked to order- fruit and toast were also available. We had to keep asking for more plates which was strange. Note that the lift goes up to the 6th floor only, so if you’re on floor 7 or 8 you have to carry suitcases up flights of stairs. Good value hotel with lovely staff.

I felt a very warm welcome from both Tommy and Maz, throughout my stay they have been very helpful and mindful of my hapiness, the rooms and atmosphere are also very nice with a great location, many food and shops all around, I would come back!

Big room with comfy bed and pillows... only downside of being in the large room was the elevator goes to 6 and the room is on 8...front desk is attentive and goes out of their way to be helpful...I highly recommend this hotel
