The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi as it is in the heart of the Old Quarter and just steps away from the lake, the train street, night markets and heaps of restaurants and stores. This hotel was in the heart of the old quarter, and the location was EXCELLENT! Shops, restaurants, Hoan Kiem lake, were literally steps away, making it easy to find places to eat, things to do, and things to buy. It was also easy for tour companies to pick us up from the hotel. Henry, and the rest of the front desk staff were great, as were the staff in the breakfast room. I would definitely stay here again!
