"温泉の質が良く、肌の調子が良くなりました。館内はすごくリラックスできる香りがしました。鳥のさえずりで目が覚め、すごくすっきりとした朝を迎えられました。 ダイニングルームに広がる一面の山の景色が特に好きです。部屋は2人だとちょうどよくゆったりと使えて、友達や大切な人とゆっくりとした時間を過ごすのにぴったりです。 バス停も近いですが、車があればとても便利です。無料の駐車場もあります。芦ノ湖、大涌谷、美術館巡りにもってこいの場所だと思いました。 観光した後、箱根の名物を持ち帰ってホテルで食べました。カトラリーを貸してもらえたり、電子レンジやお湯、部屋内に冷蔵庫もあったりしたので、やりたいことに合わせて自由に過ごせるのもいいところだと思いました。"

"房間整潔面積比較細少缺乏舒適感，只能說是夠住的。其他設施空間亦細。膳食西式但份量比較少，自備小小乾糧比較好！用餐出菜時間跟西式所以很慢！服務人員態度是好的！酒店車亦準時和有禮貌！"
