"Lovely stay. Rooms are being upgraded next year, so we will return to see them then, but they were ok. Food at breakfast was nice and fresh. The view from the diningroom across the Loch was beautiful but the epicormic growth needs addressing for future visitors. Some trees at the front entrance, also need attention as they're a health and safety hazard. Looking forward to returning sometime next year"

"We booked for 2 nights and stayed a 3rd as we loved it so much! Greg met us and got us settled in and was very helpful with suggestions for things to see and restaurants. The accommodations were so beautiful and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were excellent and well presented. Location is excellent and loved Pitlochry so much. "A beautiful property in lush grounds. Our room (no. 15) looked over the garden. Wonderful big shower with good power. Just off the main high street made it very quiet. Fab breakfast too to set you up for the day walking around the area."

"A truly exceptional stay and one of my all-time favorites. The staff, owners, incredible food, and beautiful riverside location next to the Pitlochry Festival Theatre are all top-notch. "We were given a room in the lower part which was pretty dark with two little windows, it was a bit gloomy. The bath saved the room, it’s the biggest bath we’ve ever used, was lovely at the end of the day. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, food was very good and as were the staff. Pool was nice but certainly not a pool designed for doing actual swimming, you had to dodge round people to get across to swim on “length” . Never got to try the hot tub due to the same people hogging...

"What a fantastic place. Comfy bed, fantastic shower and a nice big tv. Plenty tea, coffee, biscs and bottles of water in the room. Added bonus, the breakfast room is set up with same level of refreshments, all day, much appreciated after a walk up from the town in the evening. It said in the write up with Expedia that only a continental breakfast is included, this is not the case, a cooked breakfast is also available. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
