Staff very welcoming and accommodating, room was spotless and nice and warm and the breakfast was worth the visit on its own very high standard of hotel.
Maybe some instructions on how to use coffee machine as an improvement.

Everything was perfect apart from the pillows and the room being like a sauna. Heating was on full when we arrived.
