"This hotel was absolutely fantastic, one of the best I have ever been too. The room was beautiful, exactly as pictured. We loved not just the in deck hot tub, but the pools as well and the 98 degree pool bar. Pools are open 24 hours and are very warm, so even in the rain it was amazing. The chocolate cake at the bakery was sublime. The staff was absolutely fantastic. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an absolutely 5* experience."

"Rainforest Villa was amazing very clean, staff was awesome at all times, chefs were great, enough options for dinner in the resort as well as amenities where you dont have to leave the resort make sure to eat at la terazza as chef John is awesome. The resort feels like you right in the middle of the rainforest full of beautiful lush landscapes."

"The rooms were basic and some bugs got in although we were careful, but the rooms were clean at least. The staff was wonderful. We enjoyed a New Year’s Eve dinner in the restaurant and had the free breakfast one day, it had a nice variety of options. The highlight was the hot springs area. It had a great vibe, very cool with lights and a swim up bar. The grounds were also gorgeous with the vegetation and we saw a few birds walking around too. I would stay again!"

Greivin helped us book a spa and dinner evening before our arrival via WhatsApp and it worked out flawlessly. "The individual cabin style rooms are very private and cozy. Almost too cozy! We like to be woken up by the sounds of the jungle and these rooms with heavy curtains are perfect for sleeping in. It was both a blessing and a curse! I do wish they didn’t use BRIGHT WHITE lights. Soft lighting would have been better, and would go much better with their decor. Having a front glassed in and a back open porch was great to enjoy the mornings…. We actually caught a glimpse of a Howler Monkey going...

"This is a beautiful property with impeccable service and amazing views of the volcano. Our family suite was very large with an instagram worthy view of the volcano from our balcony. The grounds are beautiful- the trees, flowers, water features, just gorgeous. A good sized pool and several hot springs are part of the property. The breakfast buffet was great- lots of choice with polished service. This is definitely one of the more beautiful upscale properties in La Fortuna. We had several tours...

"Honestly if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. It’s a 10 min drive to town, 30 min walk. The attention to detail here was amazing, the staff cleaned my room daily. The shower was SOOO hot and the private jacuzzi was used daily. If you want a relaxing, beautiful comfortable place to stay look no further. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. There is security on site and reception is reached through what’s app. "
