"Great experience in a great place."

"Room was amazing very clean and has AC as well. We opted in for the Up in the sky one and it does have a private jacuzzi which was super relaxing after being in the Cartagena heat. The staff was super attentive. Breakfast was always made fresh and it was delicious. All the staff made our stay so special and this is definitely a hotel we will be choosing when we have the opportunity to visit again. Also! Everything was extremely walking distance. I loved how we could pretty much walk everywhere....

"Upon arriving, I was dropped off by the taxi down the block due to the street not being a drivable street. The area is super loud lot of people that constantly hound you to buy things. I understand. "The hotel was located in a great area. The staff was helpful and breakfast time was amazing. They have a buffet as well as menu where you can order what you want. We tried many things off of the breakfast menu and enjoyed it all. Lunch and dinner was a bit different. I personally did not have a good experience and the main issue seemed to be the same waiter now that I think about it. "Everything about this property has been great. Staff has been excellent. Food has been great. Outdoor pool, beach and restaurants on site. All of the amenities made it hard to venture to experience other parts of Cartagena. Also very close to wall city. 5 min taxi or 15-20 min walk."

"Excellent location to spend your days during in Cartagena. From reception by Nathalie to breakfast service by Liz, we have no words to say how helpful and attentive they were. At nighttime we would be greeted by the desk clerk as well. During every hour of day the staff was very helpful and made you feel welcomed. Highly recommend it."
