Great location is you are wanting to explore Bocagrande . I will not recommend Bocagrande! We walked down to the beach and stop to buy a drink they provide us with a menu which beers were $8,000 COP and charge us outrageous price. Be careful you will get scam!

Our stay at Estelar was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was outstanding, truly one of the highlights of our stay. There was an incredible variety of fresh, delicious dishes to choose from, with something for every taste. We highly recommend Estelar and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel was in very poor condition, even though the rooms had been renovated. The room was never cleaned. There was no toilet paper or shampoo in the bathroom, and despite my insisting at the front desk, no solution was provided. The common hallways were dirty, and the pool area was filthy and smelled bad—as did the restaurant.

We’ve stayed here once before and loved it so much that we came back. The property and rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The food at breakfast and in the pool restaurant is flavorful. My biggest complaint was the staff. Besides the pool staff everyone seemed bothered to be doing their jobs. One day after coming back at 5:30 from a boat tour all we wanted was to shower and they haven’t even cleaned the room yet. I don’t need my bed made or any of that but towels would have been nice. When we mentioned it to the staff they pretty much just said oh well. They were busy with a large convention but I don’t think that should affect our overall experience. The service was disappointing this time around but the amenities almost make up for the lack of service. Almost.

The room and the property was very clean. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was very beautiful from the pool area to the restaurants and also the rooftop sky bar. Although the breakfast variety was very minimal, it was still very good. We loved the area of the hotel as there was many places around it such as a mall, grocery store, the beach in front and lots of restaurants. It was also not a far distance into the city, which was great. We loved everything about this hotel and will definitely be referring it to others and hopefully coming back in the future.

The service from your staff is excellent, the breakfast is very good, and the food in each of the restaurants is great. The facilities and spacious are very well maintained. The only thing I didn’t like was that the hallways of the rooms didn’t look very clean.
