"only thing is the pool was under construction, but they have a sister hotel down the street with an amazing pool that you were able to use actually have two locations of other pools. The staff was more than helpful in the Hot menu for breakfast is amazing. Try the Mexican eggs many people think it is only the buffet but the hot breakfast is also fully included."

"Let me start with we could not find this hotel. Our Uber driver couldn’t find it. We had to walk around and Google Maps could not find it. Eventually had to call and get directions. Once we found it, check in went smooth. Location is great right in the center of the walled city. The balcony was nice to sit out and listen to the bands down the street. The breakfast was good. There was a language barrier but we were able to use Google Translate and get everything figured out."

"Excellent location and highly attentive staff. The women in house keeping throughly cleaned the rooms and entire hotel daily. Breakfast is a quick and not too heavy to start the day. Simple but tasty menu with different freshly squeezed regional juices, fruit and eggs as the base. To top it off very sweet and kind staff. Y el último día debíamos dinero del desayuno q supuestamente estaba incluido pero los huevos lo pedimos en revoltillo y ellos tenían su plato de Omelet ,el mismo huevo pero yo lo quería revuelto y tuvimos q pagar $22.00 de más .Y las noches sin aire quien las pagó ,súmale el olor de mi habitación q ellos decían q era de la calle (yo la verdad no lo recomiendo )"

"Stayed in many hotels in Cartagena over the past 6 years and our stay here was absolutely one of the best! Everything from the staff (huge thanks to Chef Isaac, who took the time to show me how to make a dessert he had prepared that I loved) to amazing breakfasts and extremely comfortable room (bed was so comfortable AC worked perfectly and perhaps the best shower in Cartagena) and rooftop pool so enjoyable and great Wi-Fi. Will absolutely stay again on our next trip!"

"We had the pool view 2 bedroom . Definitely the best unit. Lots of natural light. , clean and spacious. My friend had the other unit on the 3rd floor right above and was not great, bathroom leaked and wasn't fixed. Ac didn't work."
