At the restaurant, Shirley was an outstanding waitress!! Overall a great experience. One of our recommendations is for the Hyatt to invest on replacing the rooms’s refrigerators as they just don’t work…we were at a Hyatt earlier this year in Cancun, MX and unfortunately...

"We had an amazing stay at the Sophia hotel! We spent two nights here, and it was a very quiet area but still close and walkable to everything in El Centro. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the rooftop pool bar was beautiful with a great view of the city. The best part was the service, everyone on the staff was so nice and accommodating, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"
"The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. The location is nice, you are in 2min in the middle of Getsemaní and in 10min in the city centre. Everything was clean and fully functioning. The breakfast is lovely!"
"Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. "

Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, la ducha con abundante agua y tuvimos una canastilla de fruta. No tuvimos tiempo de quedarnos al spa pero se veía super lindo. Es una excelente opción para quedarse en Cartagena. "
