"The kitchen had everything needed to make and prepare meals to help cut costs. The bed was very comfortable and the airconditioner just loved pumping out cold air. The host/maid Judy was amazing and super friendly made me feel welcome and like it was a small apartment building. One thing if you are a light sleeper the noise may be a problem, you are on 5th ave and Senior Frogs is not even a block away and they play and talk very loud until 2-3 in the morning. There are apts in the back...

"Stayed here with 3 others in the double deluxe room for college spring break. Hotel was perfect for the price. Nearby everything (shops, 7/11, food), and close enough to the beach/fifth avenue without being too loud. Staff were kind and rooms were cleaned daily. We booked the shuttle to the airport through them as well. Would definitely reccomend "

It was the right choice to go for the engagement My now fiance definitely enjoyed the couple's massage and the spa staff were incredible. Everybody was incredible"

"One of my favorite hotels in Playa del Carmen. Spacious rooms, great staff, walkable to everything yet not super loud (Coco Bongo is right there but it’s manageable IMO). Also a very nice rooftop pool!"
