Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Wonderful atmosphere and each and every staff member was friendly and attentive, exceptional service. Rooms were comfy and clean. The fact it was in walking distance of all the sights was an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again.

The place is central and the staff very friendly. It feels slightly dated but definitely clean. Classic decor, our room had a lovely view over the rooftops of Florence from the small balcony.
