"Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....

The location is extremely convenient, within easy walking distance to most of the major attractions, so we were able to explore the city without needing transportation. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience and made us feel at home. The room décor is elegant and thoughtfully designed, with beautiful colors and curtains that give it a classic charm. The only downside...

"Our room was very large. It had its own private balcony. The room was charming and gave a lovely Florence feel. Staff were wonderful, especially Leonardo. They were friendly and welcoming. We got to check in an hour earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. Leonardo also held our bags for us as it was raining and we had several hours before our train departure. The breakfast was yummy with a good selection. All in all the hotel was great and we had a lovely time. Would highly...

"We had a lovely stay at this small boutique hotel in Florence. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like home. The staff were all amazing, and the gentleman at the front desk was especially friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was outstanding—honestly the best breakfast we had during our entire two-week trip in Italy. "This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They were so accommodating and hospitable they made sure we had everything we needed even met us outside the hotel and took our bags to our room. Gave us recommendations about the surrounding area and told us about the history of the building.
