"Warm welcome at a fantastic location making it very easy to love Florence! Room was beautiful and well equipped with an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was a mix of off menu and small but perfectly formed buffet selection. Recommending the carbonara scrambled eggs and the avocado/papaya. The bar is gorgeous but we had drinks in their outside area within the square. The Front desk and wider team were fantastic throughout with great restaurant recommendations. "Our hosts were the highlight of our stay, as they were so kind and made us feel so welcome. The room itself (Honeymoon suite) was beautiful, with some exposed stone, but with modern finishings. Lounging in the room was almost as good as exploring the city! Breakfast was also fabulous, prepared with care. There are a few flights of stairs to the property but the hosts are willing to help bring bags up. Location couldn't be better."

"I had the most fantastic experience when I first stayed at Milu 2 years ago which is why I went back again and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for the perfect location in Florence. It's perfectly located for walking to almost anywhere in Florence. They also have an excellent arrangement with a local parking garage which was always bringing my vehicle to me earlier than the time I was promised. "The location is amazing if you want to walk to all the historic sites and museums. Very clean and worth it for the price. You do have to check in at another location that is a block away. And the train station is a 12 minute walk so if you have a lot of luggage, have your uber wait for you. A backpack and carryon was not a problem though.
