"I walked by this property while on a cruise seven years ago and thought it looked charming! I took a quick photo and remembered it for what was my current trip. I was more than pleasantly surprised. The accommodations were beautiful, the breakfast, the best ever, and the staff very nice and very helpful. The location is wonderful though it took me a while to get my bearings in Florence. Wonderful stay wish I had booked it for longer!"

"The location was great- right across the street from the train stop. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and although the rooftop and hotel were busy, we did not hear any hustle and bustle in the hotel room. The only complaint was there was a musty smell when we got off the elevator and onto the floor with the room- it was very strong in the hallway but a little more muted inside the room. Overall it was a nice stay and would go back again."
