"Very beautiful property. The host was very helpful. The room and bedding were very clean. Everything was central to everything. Check-in was confusing as there was no intercom to call up. I went to the front door on the 1st floor and knocked. I had to call the number and then we were met at the front door. That was the only downside. Everything else was smooth sailing after that. "Warm welcome at a fantastic location making it very easy to love Florence! Room was beautiful and well equipped with an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was a mix of off menu and small but perfectly formed buffet selection. Recommending the carbonara scrambled eggs and the avocado/papaya. The bar is gorgeous but we had drinks in their outside area within the square. The Front desk and wider team were fantastic throughout with great restaurant recommendations.
