"Fantastic location, walking distance to all the main sights of Florence, ranging from 3 to just 20 plus minutes. Yet it’s inside a quiet, safe street, but upon walking out we’re hit with tons of highly rated sandwich shops, restaurants and so on. Room is impeccably clean, beds are comfortable, toilet and shower are so spacious! Staff are also friendly and helpful, welcoming us warmly, always being on hand to respond to our queries, even booking a taxi for us to the train station on the last day....

"We would like to thank the staff for the high level of support and professionalism. Everyone on the team was very kind and helpful, especially Leonardo and Cosmin. They definitely made our stay more stress free. What we really appreciate the fact that the staff was willing to hold our luggage while we went on our last stroll before heading out of town. Also the rooms were very clean. The cleaning crew was amazing and really friendly also. Over all a great place to stay while visiting...

"Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....
