"The staff were friendly, the breakfast selection was great and we had a wonderful stay! We notified the front desk staff about a leak at the bottom of the shower door causing some flooding near the sink but they were already aware of the issue and will be making improvements in the coming weeks. Super great to hear how quickly they responded and how proactive they are. "

"Very nice and historic hotel in very good condition. I stayed in the old historic wing and did not regret that decision. There were two incidents in which privacy and communication was a problem but overall glad to have had the chance to stay there. Breakfast was excellent and includes their famous egg coffee if you ask. "

"I was alone in Hanoi but the staff made me feel secure. They are very welcoming and they give you a lot of attention all trough your stay. I think that the greatest strength of this hotel is the choice of the staff. It is pleasant to have all those people smiling and ready to help.I particularly recommend Mrs Angela, so charismatic with her beautiful smile and so helpful. I loved the proximity of the hotel to the lake and the old town. They also organize good tours. I would recommend that hotel to my friends."
