Had a really lovely stay here! The gym and pool were great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. A special shoutout to Layla at reception, she was absolutely wonderful! So friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. She really made us feel looked after and made the stay even better. Would definitely come back!

The driver that was arranged through the hotel waited at the airport until we came out after our luggage was delayed. The room was great. The service from the staff was enthusiastic. The fruit in the room was a nice touch. Overall agood stay.

Ein ordentliches Hotel mit einem guten Fitnessstudio und reichhaltigem Frühstück. Außerdem möchte ich ein besonderes Lob für Helen und Layla aussprechen. Die beiden waren überaus hilfsbereit und bemüht meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Fantastisk personal med Sara i spetsen. Fixar allt som man kan önska. Vi fick ett rymligt rum med all bekvämlighet. Bra gångavstånd till sjön och gamla stan. Vi kommer att välja detta hotell även nästa gång vi besöker Hanoi!
