"Was only here for one night. The staff were very nice and helpful. Loved the location of the hotel! Hotel was nice and clean. The only con is the luggage situation. Holding and collecting bags takes a while as they only have one person doing it. Other than that, great hotel. I would recommend!"

"Only stayed for one night but the experience was great! Love the area! So much to do around there and the staffs recommendations were awesome! You also get a discount with some local spots in the area just for being a guest at the FiDi hotel which the front desk can tell you more about. Room was small but was nice and clean! Excellent hospitality! I will definitely come back!"

"We only stayed here a night and I would 100% stay here again in the future. The location is extremely convenient to a local bagel shop, coffee, and there’s a restaurant downstairs as well. You can easily walk to so many places and it just made our stay in New York City so wonderful. We stayed in a room that had two beds with the four of us, and I will say the beds are smaller and it was tight but totally doable and we were extremely happy with our decision to stay here."

"Stayed here for 1-night to be close to the Knicks parade, and was pleasantly surprised. Most hotels in the area were either sold out, or charging ridiculously painful rates so I actually feel we lucked out. The hotel is small, straightforward, no frills. It is a few blocks from WTC Path trains and major subway lines. Bed was comfortable. There is a working TV. There is a bathroom with amenities. There is an AC/heater unit that you can control. It was a little noisy outside, but it’s NYC! The floor did have a slope, but it wasn’t very bothersome. The bathroom faucet was a little loose, but it works. The vending machine downstairs didn't give me the $2 water bottle I paid for, but oh well. There is usually 1 person at the front desk, all encounters had been pleasant. We asked for extra linens/pillows, and we got it. We requested a little later check out, and we got it. Access to the building is with your room keycard, so that gave some sense of security. Basically, if you are looking for a cheap place stay just for 1-3 nights and you are not a nitpicker, then this place will do."

"The room was clean and well maintained. We received clean towels both days that we stayed. The issue we had was that on the property description we were told there was a roof top and that was incorrect. When we asked the one receptionist he was very rude to us. He was the only person that treated us in such a dismissive manner. Everyone else from check in to check out was amazing."
