"I was not looking forward to this trip because I thought it would be Vegas on steroids. I loved it! Hotel was great although they gave us a nice upgrade. Loved Laguna on the property for drinks at night. Very helpful organizing day trips, go to global village (overwhelming), miracle garden, desert safari, Pierchic for dinner, took helicopter tour from nearby Atlantis. "

I was disappointed with the'upgrade room" as it was facing a building and didn't have a large queen bed but 2 small beds which was uncomfortable,I didn't feel any upgrade but more downgrade? The carpet in the room was dirty ,my slippers were black walking on them and very worn and needs replacing. Many TV stations were not working on the TV. "The service can be better as a 5 star hotel. They treat guests as suspects and make us feel uncomfortable. They should send their manager to Japan to learn how to improve the service. "
