Our second visit to this hotel 10 years apart and the quality has been improved by the surrounding area. The staff are excellent with special praise to the housekeeping and lobby staff, so helpful and pleasant. I would whole heartedly recommend staying at this excellent resort. 5 stars plus from me !!

Amazing hotel! We spent 6 nights here and had the best time. The hotel has loads of restaurants, pools and a couple of bars. Little miss India was our favourite restaurant and the poolside food was amazing. Service was 10/10. Hotel is walkable to the Golden Mile where there are shops and also walkable to the Palm Jumeriah Mall which is great. We went to the spa one day and the staff were amazing and couldn’t do more for you!

Favourite 2 evening meals were Little Miss India and Boldly Asian - Flo Kitchen was consistently good. Service slow at Seagrill. Cleanliness at hotel was excellent. Good location - accommodating staff allowed early access to room. Only disappointment was highly advertised showing of F1 race which was superseded by football games- eventually shown on small screen late with no sound.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever visited. The room and facilities were immaculate. The staff are incredibly polite and accommodating. We enjoyed halfboard and were able to experience several of the on site restaurants. The teams were able to accommodate dietary requirements quite easily and there were plenty of options. Thank you to Kalorus and Edan for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable, we always felt looked after. Thank you to Rodgers for starting off our 5* experience immediately and for keeping it up throughout!

This is my go to business hotel. The rooms are a little tired, but service, team and food are fantastic.

Great honeymoon stay

Went for our honeymoon. They did a little surprise for us. Was nice. Generally the hotel is great though. A combination of great staff and facilities. The breakfast is a must as it’s probably the best mix of everything. The staff were great. Nice gym with small sauna and steam rooms which weren’t expected! The hotel from the roadside doesn’t give it justice to how grand it is.

It is an amazing holiday spot, this was my 3rd time . Very grand hotel, all staff are excellent and helpful , lots of restaurants with delicious food. Worth visiting at least once.

Great location and staff and food options great. Really suitable for young families and quiet holiday. Rooms are spacious but a little dated and the few areas for drinks/pubs on-site have kuttle or no atmosphere .
