The apartment is 5 min walk from Dubai mall and we had a room with view of the ocean. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. The gym was well equipped and the pool area had a fantastic view of Burj Kalifa"

"This building is located right across Address Hotel Dubai; we use to go thru this hotel lobby to get to Dubai Mall, only 2 min walk. The location is AMAZING!!.. the appartmwnt is comfy, clean and mordeen. The pool and terraze amazing. Recomended 100%!!"

"Check in was complicated, multiple emails and texts asking for the same information. Property has a great location and is spacious albeit a bit dated. Kitchen particularly needs much better lighting. Disappointing to find no tea/coffee provided given price paid. Unfortunately problem with TV wasn’t resolved until second day and only followed up when I reported water coming through the ceiling. That prompted a swift response! "

"This apartment is at an excellent location. The best view of the Dubai fountain and steps away from Dubai Mall. Very convenience to shopping and dining. This apartment is also super spacious for big family staying. Two balcony facing Dubai fountain and Burj Khalifa. We enjoyed spending time seating at the balcony in the evening. I spent one week in Dubai every winter. This is one of my top choice for staying."

"very good place, Burf Kalifa, fountains, mall, everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself needs at least cosmetic repairs. For a relatively small price, you can use the excellent hotel pool and cafes. Pool services are excellent.Lifguard Ramit and Jivan very friendly and helpful "
