"We had the chance to visit many of the “top” hotels and resorts in Turks and Caicos during our stay, and I can sincerely say that Rock House was without question the best experience we had on the island.
From beginning to end, everything was flawless. The property is obviously beautiful, but what really makes Rock House special is the staff.
The discipline, training, professionalism, personalities and character of the team were second to none. Everyone was warm, engaging and incredibly attentive. We also noticed several situations where staff members had to think on their feet, and they handled them naturally and with great judgment. Nothing ever felt scripted or forced. You can tell there is a very strong culture here and that people genuinely care about the guest experience.
The Cave Bar was probably our favorite spot we found on the island. It was the one place where we consistently saw people dressed to impress, a great looking crowd, great music and just a really fun energy. It felt stylish and lively without being pretentious.
The biggest compliment I can give Rock House is that you really don’t need to leave the resort. We went out and explored the island and visited the places everyone tells you that you have to see, but in the end, it felt like all the best parts of Turks and Caicos had already been collected in one place at Rock House. The setting, the food, the music, the atmosphere, the people and the service are all 10/10"
