"hallways and room didn't seem clean, maybe some of it was because it was dated. not much of a view of the water."

"This property does not offer any parking at all. There are available parking spots all the way around this hotel. But you cannot park in them between midnight and 6:00 a.m. or you will be towed forcing you to use their valet service which is an unexpected cost daily. You are unable to access your vehicle when it is parked in their valet garage which became a huge issue when I could not get to my asthma inhaler that I had left in my car. This medical emergency landed me on the floor of the lobby...

"The location, amenities were amazing, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful; especially the valet service; and we enjoyed the social hour every evening ... The only thing to be aware of, is that we did not have any dressers to put our clothes in, fortunately, we had a 2 room suite so we had room to lay our clothes out on the couch and tables. It was absolutely beautiful and we definitely recommend it and plan to go back!!!"

"I was surprised to find out that the hotel charges $10 per day for parking. This added expense was not listed in the hotel description. They should state the cost up front instead of hiding extra charges. The food was fine but served the same exact thing every day. We stayed a week and there was no verity "

"This place could be nice with some attention to room cleanliness. The good. Excellent for dogs as it has a wonderful little fenced dog area. The playground is also really nice. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The bad. The room reeked of dirty soured mop water. I’d say by this point the carpet would have to be torn out to fix it. It was BAD. Also the gate for the dog lot had a large gap in bottom that a smaller dog could easily escape. "

"Unfortunately the fire alarm went off.We were in a handicap room. They did not have a plan. Security was to assist it but there was no security at that time of day.They were nonchalant since they knew there was no fire. Guest s did not know that and there is no PA system.If there was a fire it could have been disastrous. Hotel is fine and respects the era. "

"First room AC was broken. Moved to a new room and bathroom light broke at 10 pm. Had to shower and use the bathroom in the dark until the following morning when it was repaired. Mold growing on bathroom wall. Other than this, clean room, good location, and super friendly and helpful staff. "

"Only got one bath towel for two people. There was a day were the room was not serviced. $15 dollars for parking was a ripoff when there is a free public lot next door. "
