"The hotel is a little old and needs updates. The room smelled musty, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. They offered make your own waffles, cheese omelets, sautéed kielbasa, red skin potatoes, plus the usual breads, cereal, juices, etc. They also had a nice pool and hot tub, not to mention the beach very close by!"

"Convenient location for enjoying a weekend in St Augustine. Hotel was close to historic St Augustine and well maintained. Would stay there again on a visit to St Augustine"

"Breakfast was good, laundry was good. Could have used more attendance to cleaning elevators and stairway corridors. Strangely, they checked us out a day earlier than what we were confirmed for. We found out after being away for the morning and our room keys didn’t work. They rebooked us for the next night but didn’t admit any error, apologize for inconvenience of charging my card prematurely or our keys not working as we had to rekey. I felt some insinuation that somehow it was my fault and their inconvenience. It was a bit strange and awkward but not a biggie. "

"The room was clean, but not enough towels or toilet paper. The one time I depended on a hotel for their shampoo/conditioner/body wash that’s usually provided, there was no conditioner when I needed it. The kitchen had utensils, which was nice, for the ice cream treat we picked up, though. One major complaint, is that we had to park our lifted truck ourselves, but were still charged a valet fee, which is complete nonsense."

"William the desk agent at night was nothing but rude , disrespectful and unprofessional. The elevator was inoperable and the cleaning ladies in the morning were very loud and obnoxious"
