I travel a quite bit and have stayed in some really nice hotels, but Tryst PV takes the cake. The attention to detail, the quality of food, the superior service. This hotel is utterly amazing! I will stay at Tryst going forward, wherever they may be able! Fantastic hotel!!

I had an incredible stay at the tryst! The room was gorgeous and always meticulously clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with whatever requests or questions I had. The room stayed incredible cool with the powerful air conditioning. The rooftop pool was absolutely stunning. Lounge chairs were comfortable and the infinity pool was breathtaking.

Aside from some check-in difficulty with the on duty manager, our third visit to the Tryst was great. The staff is friendly, accommodating and always happy and helpful. The unending playing loop of Rue Paul Drag Race in the lobby area may miss the mark with guests like us, so thinking through the buying age demographic may be useful. The restaurant is excellent and serves great food with excellent service for all meals, comparable to PV’s best fine dining. Overall, we will return to stay when often in PV. Thanks to all who catered to our needs.

Hotel and staff is amazing! Location is great. Rooms are quite nice (very clean) but on the smaller side. Pool area is very small and wasn’t so relaxing. We ended up going to another pool at other hotel a couple times. I would maybe stay here again but wouldn’t be my first choice!

The design of the hotel is absolutely incredible! From the two rooftop pools one on level nine and one on level two, the spectacular views, and the modern minimalist Mexican architecture, definitely somewhere I'll be staying again next time I'm in Puerto Vallarta!

New hotel, clean and modern, fully stocked mini-fridge, complimentary insulated water bottles with filtered water stations on every floor, 3 minutes to the best beaches in PV, around the corner from The Palms Cabaret (great, cannot-miss shows) and literally next door to Garbo’s, a renowned intimate piano bar. The rooftop pool is phenomenal for watching the amazing sunsets from. Staff is helpful and excellent.

Location was perfect, the room view was wow and the bed mattresses we there the best. The staff was right on top of any issue we had. The top pool and bar made us not wanna leave. The only issue we had was we wish there were drawers for our long stay. We couldn’t keep things in order. Also the doors were so loud.
