During my stay we faced hurricane Simon. Resort staff did amazing job keeping us safe. Fortunately Hurricane did not hit us and staff was able to restore amenities back to operations within 24hr. Unfortunately beach was still closed and could not enjoy.

Despite one small hiccup, our stay was satisfactory. The staff was attentive, cooperative, and went above and beyond to help whenever needed. The check-in experience was better due to Expedia, and handled satisfactorily by Gudalepae and Hector. The bars provided enough options to relax and quench our thirst. Overall, it was a good break and a pleasant experience. We appreciated the efforts of the staff and their willingness to make our stay comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Melia. Every detail was taken care of, and the welcoming atmosphere made our trip truly memorable. Alberto at Guest Services was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Mole Taco restaurant has the best food and so many friendly staff. Efren, Jose Marcelo and Juan are truly amazing and treated us with great smiles and excellent service. We will definitely go back to Melia.
