Zona Z is a wonderful property! I stayed for the weekend and it was so peaceful. Fia does excellent massages. Pia and Marcella were very accommodating with my arrangements and arrival. It’s a good location in the Romantica Zone, easy walkable access to food and amenities. Would def stay here again. There is a balcony and pool which you can chill. My only con is the steps (which you will see in other reviews). There is no elevator or lift so be prepared to walk. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again on the next visit. Thank you!

This is a Wonderfull property, short walk to the main street and beach, yet a very quiet street. Small plunge pool and patio a nice, and the unit had a small kitchenette. I really enjoyed my stay and plan on returning next year.

This is a cute boutique hotel in the midst of bigger, fancier hotels. Very clean, and incredibly helpful staff, and they've thought of everything that might be useful in a small hotel room (coffee maker, coffee, microwave, mini-fridge, closet and drawers, etc.) My only small complaint is that it feels like a strange place to save money to ration water in a town where the drinking water is unsafe--I would encourage them to reconsider that. Complaint made, there is a Kiosko very close by, so easy to grab whatever is needed.

The whole facility was lovely. The only niggle was the our room didn't have a door to the toilet, we might be married but there are still some things we like to keep separate lol. Otherwise the location, room, pool area, cleanliness, welcome bottles of water and wine, bedding etc etc were all high quality.

We loved our stay at ZonaZ. There was hardly anyone at the hotel, or at least it felt that way. Very relaxing. Loved the spa services available. Great location, as long as you don’t mind a few stairs.

Traveled with a group of friends and they stayed at a hotel twice the price of the ZonaZ both located within steps of each other. I prefer the boutique nature of hotels such as ZonaZ as it has all the amenities that I need without overdoing it with things I don't need or want in a hotel stay. Great location, clean room, and feeling of security is what I need and exactly what ZonaZ provided.

It was a great visit and tucked away but so close and walkable to everything. Although it is at the top of the hill, there is a tram that goes up and down nonstop. Would definitely stay again, the rooms have everything you need. Thanks for a great stay!
