The Hyatt Ziva was located between two large rock clusters creating a unique private large beach area and the fantastic views from our room on the balcony and the multiple swimming pools. The rooms we much larger than we expected. Always clean and friendly staff were appreciated. My family are already talking about our next vacation in this same resort. They offered a morning exercise class in the pools and there were evening events. watching the sunsets, never got old. I understand there are different seasons there, so plan your vacation accordingly. Bring lots of one US as you will want to tip their friendly staff. Honestly my only regret was that my vacation came to a end...

Un lugar muy cómodo, en un sitio increíble. Privado y tranquilo. Muy práctico el hotel para una escapada. Cosas por mejorar me parece que parte del mobiliario de los restaurantes merece una renovación. Se ve golpeado y le resta puntos. Las habitacion bastante cómodas y con una vista increíble.

Las areas de restaurantes son muy incomodas porque hace demasiado calor. A excepción del sports bar, no están bien climatizadas. el agua de las albercas demasiado caliente también. No hay snack bar en las albercas. Lo único que me gustó es el servicio del staff, todos muy atentos.
