"Had an amazing stay at Casa Cupula with my husband in January 2026. The whole place was beautiful, well maintained and interesting to explore. We stayed on the garden level and loved the access to lower-level pool. Staff was all great and attentive, including at the pool club (which hotel guests have free access to).
Didn’t want to leave :(
Will definitely return again!"

"The cave room is seriously something special. I don’t know the story but it must have been someone’s home years and years ago. You can tell they put a lot of thought and intention (and money!) into building this unique space. It’s the perfect little oasis nestled into the mountain. "We were expecting a typical US suite when we booked this. We were blown away by the property. Separate king-size bedrooms with their own bathrooms, full kitchen, small pool, deck overlooking the beach. It was amazing place and are anxious to stay there again."

"Clean hotel & rooms, great staff, 1/2 block from the beach…can see from our room balcony & from pool rooftop. Many shops & great restaurants close by.
Would have been perfect if every room had a fridge. Hotel helped us find a rental & had it delivered & installed. Over priced but worth it for our one month stay.
During the first two days of the recent events between the Gov’t & the Cartel, the hotel went over & above looking after us. We were almost immediately given big water bottles. ...
