"Came here for our honeymoon, amazing experience!!"

"It was a really beautiful resort in a really beautiful area. I think it lacks information on restaurants and entertainment. I found as a foreigner it was better accustomed to the locals. Which is nice to see but I have been at far cheaper resorts with much better entertainment."

"room wasn't clean there is hair in the bathroom and the shower drain is blocked , the food in the restaurant need some improvment"

"muy atento todo el personal en general"

"Love the service they had:)"

"Amo Villa del Palmar ! Bello y acogedor ❤️ voy 3 veces al año"

"Upon our arrival, the registration staff was unfriendly. She never smiled or made us feel welcome. There was only 2 restaurant. One of which we had to make a reservation. We did not know on the first day and try to go, but was sent away to the later meal time, even though we saw a few empty tables. The food at the beach side restaurant was a 2 out of 10. We tried it a couple of time just to give it a fair assessment. The buffet was better. The drinks were very good. The restaurant,...

"Omar & stuff was the best service"

"We only stayed one night in Puerto Vallarta before heading to Nuevo Vallarta. The Tropicana was nice, we booked a superior room withe pool view but to our surprise was also a partial ocean view. We did not use the pool since it was raining that evening. We look forward to staying there again for a longer stay in the future since we loved how close the hotel is to the ocean."

"Josue, the Preference Club employee, failed to do his job, as did Iliana, the manager to whom I reported the issues. The pool water and the tennis court were extremely dirty. The quality of the food and drinks was not very good. The building shakes and sways significantly—especially when a strong wave hits—which was actually frightening. Alejandra, the person who cleaned our room, did an excellent job. The quality of the shows has really declined. The youth area was closed without prior notice...

"Excelente hotel"

"I have been to this hotel several times during past several months . Stay is usually 2 to 4 days . I would call this property a “ Diamond in rough” as it’s not very conspicuous but has all amenities you would want during a vacation with local vibe . Staff is welcoming and wonderful. Small hotel, so you get to know them pretty quickly . My special thanks to Mr Misael at the front desk . Very helpful with good communication . Has been able to do early check in several times ( great when you are...
