Top Dorado Hotel Reviews

La Concha Resort, Puerto Rico, Autograph Collection

10/10 Excellent

"Resort lobby, restaraunts and rooms were welcoming, relaxing and up to date. Room was cleaned and restocked daily. Beach and pool areas were beautiful and relaxing. The restaraunts on the property were amazing. I enjoyed the extra amenities such as water, coffee, tea, sunscreen, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach loungers and lounge covers provided. They were a great value for the daily resort fee charged. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt safe and the area was conveniently located near transportation, dining, and local entertainment. Although my room view was great, my only complaint is the advertised room photos are misleading. I opted to upgrade to a deluxe oceanview based on images of room. The photo image listed on expedia for this room type shows an image with a balcony. I was disappointed I did not have a balcony. I would have saved some money and just booked a standard basic room."

"Me encantan las facilidades del hotel pero el parking demasiado caro. Los empleados pueden ser mas amable tratándose de un hotel. Haces el check inn y ni te dicen donde queda la habitación. Pero aja esta limpio y tienen muchas piscinas pero el hotel esta tan lleno que no se puede disfrutar las piscinas"
