"Paid 2 hrs for late check out and security was at our door 5 minutes past our check out time like if we were thieves. Two security people came knocking loud and even though they saw me with our luggage walking to our door, they stood there until we all came out of the room and escorted us out. Totally fail. Never coming back. "

I don’t think the room was worth what we paid, but thousands of cruise ship customers and the world baseball championship the hotels are going to be overpriced. Staff was very friendly."
