"This is another two story hotel. So no elevator. Our room was on the second floor. VERY CLEAN! Toilet would not flush and refrigerator was leaking. We notified the front desk and everything was corrected when we gotback from dinner. Draw backs: No AC in stairwell and halls. Towels are stained. Low water pressure in shower. Still a nice stay."

"We very much enjoyed ourselves. It was rustic, with the understanding they are remodeling while we were there. But we didn't mind they thought of everything right down to the little travel sewing kit in the room. It was like when you least expected it, you found something else that was unexpected and amazing that they thought ahead another emergency prevention. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and our grandkids. Appreciate the s'mores kids at the bonfire."

"We loved our over night at the Chestnut Inn and were made to feel like royalty. Danielle is a very special host and made sure we had everything to make us comfortable. Dinner was delightful on the terrace…the lake being steps away. Small but clean and cozy room with updated bathroom. Hotel furnishings very authentic Arts and Crafts with nice details. Breakfast was delicious and mote than we needed! Thanks for a special visit!"
