"Checkin was very pleasant, customer service was excellent as always. We’ve been at this hotel for many years, we come at least 2-3 times a year. We love the views from the balcony with a nice cup of coffee in the morning. Spa service with Narti is excellent as always, she does Medical massage and takes my work stress go away. We will always come back, dedicated customers at this hotel. "

"We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The rooms have no balconies, and there was constant noise from air-conditioning units in the area, which made it difficult to relax. The dining room was also not particularly inviting in terms of atmosphere.
Due to the war, many of the hotel facilities were closed or not functioning, which significantly limited the overall experience. Despite this, the price we paid did not reflect the situation or the reduced services."

"I had an amazing 3-night stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city.
The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and it was great that almost all of them spoke English, which made everything seamless.

"Bon accueil à notre arrivée tardive, personnel bienveillant, accompagnement jusqu'à la chambre et transport des bagages par la suite.

"I had no idea what to expect because I didn’t know Istanbul when I made the booking. I figured we’d stay a few nights and then move once we knew the layout of the city. Instead we extended here for the whole week. The location is perfect for sightseeing and vacationers. Plenty of convenient walking destinations and right across from the sea. The rooms are great, the breakfast is very good, the restaurant is good but a bit pricey however there are tons of other eating options within 5-10 minutes...

"Rooms were very small but clean and comfortable.good strong shower. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. Taxi was arranged for us and was on time. When we left a small present was presented to my wife which was a nice thought. It's location is great. Blue Mosque is a couple of mins away. Lots of good places to eat. The included buffer breakfast was varied but the hot selection was tepid at best! Overall we enjoyed our stay"
