"Place was amazing! We arrived late in the evening and were upgraded to a high level which my son loved. Buffet breakfast was great had alot of variety and service was great, we had one waiter that helped us daily and got us our morning hot chocolate, He was amazing! Overall great location, close to Bukit Bingtang and great hotel will definitely stay here on our next trip to KL. Thank you"

"The room was decent for a 2-day stay. It is centralized, therefore easy to access many eateries and Jonker Street. The room provided good amenities but the safe was not working. Hence we carried our important documents around rather than leaving in the room. We had a good view of St Paul’s Hill and A-Formosa."

"Wonderful stay as usual. Spa is still the highlight of my stay. All staff very attentive and respectful. May need to tweak the rooms a bit as I found some loose wall sockets in my room. Toilet seat a bit dislodged. Need to maintain the quality if you are charging more than the surrounding hotels. Overall good stay though."

"The resort was beautiful and the amenities fabulous! The pool along with the private beach was gorgeous. The spa was also a beautiful experience. We stayed in the rainforest chalet so be prepared for ants on the bed etc. The room was clean and the minibar stocked daily. The only con is the resort is a bit further away from main tourist areas (25-30) mins drive. On the other hand, it is very close to the Skycab!"
