"Wir sind gerne im ace Hotel. Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich, es gibt kostenloses Frühstück und als wir das letzte Mal da waren, waren es draußen 38 grad. Im Zimmer war die Klimaanlage perfekt eingestellt, es war sehr schön kühl im Zimmer. Der Check in ging sehr schnell und der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das einzig negative war, dass wir ein schmutziges Handtuch im Badezimmer (zusammengelegt) hatten aber das hab ich ausgetauscht. Ansonsten werden...

"The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner."

"It was a fuss free check-in experience. We reserved a family room but as it was sold out they offered 2 x double room at the same price which was better than expected as you could do things more efficient with an extra bathroom. Rooms were spacious and bed/pillow was comfy. Bathrooms/toilet was nice. Place felt quite new. Free parking + free breakfast was nice. The parking area had cameras around so felt safe leaving some luggages you didn't need in the car. Overall an impressive stay. "

"Staff wasn't friendly, cabin was dirty had mold and was uncomfortable. Especially dislike having to put the key in to run the AC and certain lights as well as to lock the door from the inside. There was no paper towels, kitchen towels or dishwashing liquid."

"The property is newly built, which is very clean and nice. I thought the staff was very helpful and the hotel was very convenient. The shuttle to Disney is restricted to time windows, but these time windows were very convenient to my family. I liked that there is a grocery store on the same block as the hotel, which was very convenient."

"This bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve stayed in thru our current travels across Europe. The bathroom was tight which I didn’t care for. Loved it had a decent sized fridge and a kitchen area. Lots of space for all our luggage. The water bottle refill station by elevator was extremely useful! Loved that! Shuttle took us to Disneyland but check the schedule for how often it runs. "En las descripciones del hotel menciona que tiene aire acondicionado, el cual era inexistente. Los cuartos eran terriblemente calurosos, la unidad de “aire” no se sintio nunca, no bajaba de 20 grados, habia un abanico de techo solo de Adorno por que no echaba aire, y nunca atendieron nuestros reclamos. Para poder dormir tuvimos que abrir la ventana (que la apertura era como de 35 grados, abrir cortinas y desear que refrescara la noche. Lo unico positivo, las camas comodas…."

"Ontbijt en checkin 24/7 ideaal. Helaas was het stapelbed vies. Tussen het matras en rand bed van het stapelbed allemaal chipsresten. Verder bleef de stop van het bad niet dicht waardoor de kinderen niet in bad konden. 2 jaar geleden was het beter."
